I had a mixed experience at Regal Peninsula Hotel. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was quite noisy and not very pleasant. The hotel could use some updates, and I found the cleanliness lacking in certain areas. Overall, it felt like I was missing out on a better Dubai experience due to the surroundings.

Rooms
5.0
The room was not very clean, with signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms quite easily. It just felt dull and outdated overall.
Service
6.0
The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing good support when I needed assistance. However, I did encounter some service quirks, especially during checkout and maintenance issues.
Location
5.0
The hotel is right near a bus terminal and shopping options, but it's also next to a busy area known for noise and not the best reputation. It certainly added to the chaotic feel of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic, mostly consisting of toast and fruits, with limited options for variety. Not a highlight of my trip, that's for sure.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities need an upgrade. The presence of a nightclub on the premises can disturb your peace, especially if you're on lower floors.

6.0/10

I had a decent stay at Regal Peninsula Hotel, with a few ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right next to the bus and MRT stations, making it easy to explore Dubai. The breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection of options, but my room had some cleanliness issues. While the staff were helpful, certain aspects of service could be improved. 😊

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious, but unfortunately, it wasn't very clean and had some maintenance issues like a rusty fridge and an unkempt bathroom. It could definitely use a refresh.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally respectful and helpful. I particularly appreciated Mr. Arun Kumar for his kindness. However, there were moments when the reception staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about guest service.
Location
8.0
The location is excellent, with the bus terminal and MRT station right outside. This made it super convenient to get around, especially with attractions easily accessible via public transport.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was good, with plenty of options like eggs, fruits, and juice. However, I did encounter a situation where I had to fetch a towel myself, which was a bit disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were decent for the price, but the presence of a nightclub on the ground floor could be a concern for some. Additionally, the cleanliness in the shared areas could be improved.

6.8/10

I recently stayed at the Regal Peninsula Hotel (formerly New Peninsula Hotel) for a week. While the location in the heart of Bur Dubai was fantastic and convenient, I was disappointed with the service and some aspects of the accommodations. Overall, I found it to be an average stay, and I might consider other hotels in the area next time.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms varied in cleanliness; initially, I faced issues with dirty linens and poor condition. However, after addressing my concerns, I received a better room. Although the rooms were simple, they had basic functionality. The bathroom situation was quite frustrating due to the cold water issue I faced, which was not resolved in time.
Service
5.0
The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful, especially the Duty Manager who resolved my room issues. However, I did encounter some unresponsive receptionists who were unhelpful during my check-in and other requests.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, right next to the local bus stand and all amenities, including a Carrefour supermarket and various dining options. I appreciated the quick access to public transport and the proximity to Dubai Creek, which was a highlight of my trip.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was included, but I found it to be poorly served with limited options that didn't meet my expectations. While some typical dining options were available near the hotel, I think they could improve their breakfast offerings.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked basic facilities like a swimming pool and gym, which I missed during my stay. I did, however, appreciate the nearby shops and restaurants that made things convenient.

6.8/10

I recently stayed at the Regal Peninsula Hotel, and while there were some pleasant aspects, my experience was quite mixed. The hotel is in a convenient location next to a bus stand and close to Dubai Creek, making it easy to explore. However, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room and noisy disturbances from nearby entertainment. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not without flaws.

Rooms
5.0
I was a bit disappointed with my room. It looked older and could definitely use some renovations. There were issues with cleanliness, and while I had all the basic amenities, the overall vibe felt dull.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly enough, but I experienced inconsistencies in service. Sometimes they were helpful, but there were moments where it felt like they lacked training, especially at reception.
Location
8.0
I loved the location right next to the local bus stand and close to the creek. It made getting around super easy and allowed me to explore local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but I felt that the dining experiences during the evening at the hotel's restaurants could use improvement.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel has basic facilities, the place felt a bit dated, and there were issues with cleanliness that really brought down the overall impression.

6.2/10

My stay at Regal Peninsula Hotel was disappointing overall. The location in Bur Dubai is convenient for access to public transport and nearby shopping. However, the poor service and lack of cleanliness overshadowed any positives. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for couples, due to the unsettling environment with noisy nightclubs nearby.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was poorly maintained and lacked basic cleanliness. The TV was outdated, and the bathroom was not hygienic enough.
Service
5.0
Service was severely lacking; staff, especially at reception, didn't seem to know how to handle guests properly. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality from the team.
Location
6.0
On the plus side, the hotel is well-placed near the bus stand and shopping areas like Meena Bazaar, which was quite convenient.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was quite poor, lacking variety and quality, which didn't meet my expectations, especially given the hotel's location in a vibrant area.
Facilities
5.0
There were no additional facilities like a swimming pool or gym, which made the stay feel very basic.
